| Ordering Prints |
Creating these prints from the original transparencies or digital files does take special skill and a certain amount of production and preparation time. Please allow up to two additional days for credit verification. Once we have received your payment we will send the images to the professional laboratory. Our fine art prints are custom enlargements made from original slides, please allow for 7 to 10 days for processing and handling.

Once we receive your re-confirmed order, we will e-mail a request for payment. 4. Please allow up to two additional days for credit verification. We will ship unframed prints anywhere on the globe. A physical address is required. No post office boxes please. Handling costs are included in any order.
Shipping costs will be quoted separately according to the size of the order and the selected shipping method.. Generally speaking, it costs less to have your order come in one shipment.
We only ship via Canada Post or FedEx. Should you wish to pay for shipping via your own preferred shipping company, just provide us with your account number and we shall use them, provided they are represented in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Free Shipping Rush Orders Should you wish to have the prints sooner (processing time 2 to 3 days), a rush charge of 50% will apply. DamageIf your package arrives damaged and you suspect damage to the items inside, make a claim with the shipper, and call us as well, we will then determine the necessary action for replacement. ReturnsIf for any reason the products you have ordered are not right, or need to be replaced, please contact us with your name, the order ID from the packing list, and a phone number where we can reach you during the day. We will then look into the matter and arrange with you regarding shipping details. |

If you wish to pay with your credit card, you can use your Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express through PayPal, even if you don't have a PayPal account!
