Portrait of Simón Bólivar by Gil de Castro, flanked at its right by the likeness of Marshal Sucre and General José Ballivian portrait to its left, victorious at Ingavi over the Peruvian army that invaded our territory. Next to the portrait of Sucre, is the sword wielded victoriously by Sucre at the battle of Ayacucho in an urn. Next to the effigy of Ballivian is kept the sword of Ingavi in another urn; at the Independence Hall of the Casa de la Libertad (Liberty House), former Assembly Hall of the Jesuit University, where the Bolivia's Declaration of Independence was signed in Sucre
